I am so sorry for the late post I was posting this late last night and in the middle of posting my Internet just turned off!!! I never could get it back and this morning I had a bunch of prior commitments I had to do before I could finish the post!!! At least I had all the pictures in and most of the links and such before my Internet disappeared so I just had to come back and add the content and the card description today!!!! This is one time I can say that I am really thankful that while you are typing up your post Blogger just stops all the time to auto save or I would have lost all the work I had already done!!!!

This weeks challenge was to use Red, White, and Blue on our Card along with a Flutter By or Fairy. That is the reason I call it an American Challenge because our Flag colors are Red White and Blue, and we have many songs about those colors!!! However if you are not from America you are more than welcome to play along with us too!!!! LOL!!!!!

Well today is Flutter By Wednesday! Have you started playing along with us on Flutter By Wednesday??? Well, if you have not done it yet you should!!! All you have to do is make a card or project with a Flutter By (or Butterfly) on it recently we added on Fairy's to so use a Fairy or a Flutter By on your card then go to Danni, our Flutter By team creator and link up your creation with Mr. Linky so we can check out all your great Flutter By creation.

Above is my card for this week. I used my Lily Fairy stamp from Pink Cat Studio, where she is sitting on a Mushroom, and then I also used the Mushrooms from The Greeting Farm stamp set Wonderland I borrowed from my friend Emily. I colored up all the Mushrooms in Red and White with my copics using R35, R29, and C2.
Here is a close up of Cute Lily!!! I know Lady Bugs are usually Red and Black but I thought with the challenge they would look cute Red and Blue!!! It was funny because yesterday when I was making this card Willow kept handing me my black copic and saying you will need this because Lady bugs have black spots and I kept putting it back!!!! She thought blue spots were weird!!!

Well I now have to head out to pick Willow up from Preschool and I will be back later to come see all my team mates great creations!!!

I free handed the Lily Pad and then sponged in the garden green and the glorious green to get the color I outlined the edges with my Garden Green marker for depth and shading purposes. I used these copics for the Frog.

I used SU! Card Stocks in Whisper White, Kraft, More Mustard, Yo Yo Yellow, and So Saffron. I cuttled two of the layers with my circles CB folder, and I cuttled one layer with the Swiss Dots folder. I used Labels 4 and my Mega Nesties for this card as well. The Kraft layer I used a decorative corner rounder punch with a little Teddy Bear in it.
I colored this cute image up using my copics and My SU! Black Journaler!!! If you do not have one of these I so suggest getting one. It is a deep dark black and permanent so you can draw things with it and then color over it and it will not run. I added a line to sweet peas arm to make him in a t-shirt instead of being shirtless.

If you look closely you can kind of see the glitter in the paper with the geometric pattern on it. It was so pretty and sparkly!!! Don't you ever wish the cards we post looked as good as the cards do in real life??? I wish they did!!! LOL. One of my friends that lives near by and gets to see most of my cards always leaves comments like I love it, but in person it is 100 times more gorgeous!!! LOL!!!!
Above is the Sketch again, and below is my take on the Sketch for the Paint brush Holder. All Card Stocks on these two projects are Textured Card Stocks. The paint brushes are on Whisper White SU! Paper.
Her is the sweet Inky Impressions girl again. Is she not just the sweetest looking?? I love those little leggings and the skirt my girls where outfits like these a lot!!! What girl does not love a pair of flip flops with flowers on them??? My girls are already begging to wear their flip flops all the time!!!
The Papers are Real Red, More Mustard Gable Green Textured CS from SU! and a bright light orange from Hobby Lobby. I also used my thick shimmery Silver CS from SU! The Patterned Paper is from DCWV (die cuts with a view) CS Nana's Kids. I used my SU! punches 1 1/4" Square, and 1 1/4" circle, and Large Star for the punched pieces. The ribbon is from HL as well.
Here is a close up of him. I am not sure why the Silver is showing up white, but it is a Metallic Silver on the stamp.

Here at least the girls and I were smiling!!! LOL!!!! We did a lot of chasing Tucker in many pictures he was off and running out of the picture!!!
Willow at the Church Community Easter Egg hunt later that day (Easter Afternoon) I did not get to go because Tucker was taking a nap but Marvin took the girls and I sent the camera along.
Piper and Willow dumping out their eggs so they can use them again next year!!!

Well here is one last view of my Brown Card take it in and enjoy it cause I will not be making another one of these for a long while to dangerous to my health!!! LOL!!!!
Now I am sure you would like to see what I made with it!!! My Camera was having issues so I had to scan the card rather than take pictures of it so it is a bit squished!!! You can get the jest of it. All of the flowers are popped up using SU! Dimensionals. I used a different color of ribbon that my Good Friend Janna sent me as part of my Birthday present. I used some marbled blue and green paper for the card. For some reason all the pottery inspired me to stay more simple for this weeks card.

O.K. Well I have my Flutter By Wednesday card already scheduled and posted for early tomorrow I hope to see you back then!!!! Now off to clean, get kiddo's in bed, and potty train some puppies, Oh I might cuddle one and let it sleep next to my chest too they are pretty precious and I love their sweet Puppy Breath!!!!

Janna sent me some Birthday Goodies that came today and in it were some of the images from The Greeting Farm set Wild Things. I was surprised how small these images are, very very cute but pretty small like maybe 1" to 1 1/2"'s tall!!!! I colored them up with my Copics and was very happy with my Blending but for some reason I do not think the photos' necessarily showcase the blending very much!!! The Black and Silver Satin Ribbon was also in Janna's little package it is silver sold on the other side. I took my new SU Basic black Journaler if you have the stamp and write markers you have to pick yourself up one of the Journalers in black they write amazingly and the colors is very black!!! I made the Polka Dots around the ribbon tag and the white matte around the pictures with my SU! Journaler. The ribbon tag was punched out with my new Ribbon Nesties I really love them!!! I cuttled the SU! Summer Sun card back with the squares CB foler it turned our great for these images!!! I also hand wrote the Wild Think Sentiment. I thought about doing Wild Thing ...... I think I love you!! In the sentiment but I was afraid it would make the card too busy!!!
Here is the sweet Chickie!!! There is also a cute Bear and Bunny dressed up in this set too!!! My girls loved them immediately and wanted to color them and I had to say I did not have enough for them to color them. They are always asking me to stamp up Anya's and Ian's for them to color and I frequently do, but however they did not understand why I could not stamp these up. I had to explain that they came to me in a RAK and I can not stamp them more up to color because I do not have this set yet!!!! I think they were bummed!!!! LOL!!!!
So Sorry it did not photograph as pretty as it is in person!!!!
